Hope this letter finds you well.  I would like to introduce you to the Dorchester Black Barons, a newly established community baseball team within the Yawkey Baseball League. Inaugural Season in the Spring/Summer 2021. Home Field location is Ronan Park in the Dorchester Area of Boston, Massachusetts. 

Team name, uniforms and traditions are a tribute to the Birmingham Black Barons' 40 years history playing for the 100-year-old Negro Baseball League.

Led by a group of volunteer coaches, our goal is to give opportunities in a positive and competitive environment, to the men and women of the Dorchester Black Barons Baseball family; to proudly represent the Birmingham Black Barons and the Yawkey Baseball League, and to be an everlasting asset to the Dorchester community. 

We are offering local businesses like yours the possibility of becoming Team Sponsors. Your Tax-Deductible contributions will assist in offsetting the costs involved with operating a baseball team. Donations received will be used for purchasing uniforms, baseballs and equipment; providing payments for field rentals and umpires; allowing participation in training clinics for coaches and players, league games, and local and regional tournaments.

Our 501C3 organization is Certified, Registered and Approved by State and Federal Government. Please review and select the Sponsorship level suitable for your business and budget. Return one copy to us with your Tax-Deductible Donation. Keep one copy for your records. Once received, you will be contacted regarding logo and/or advertising for your business.
